**Returns and Exchanges** Thank you for choosing to shop at KlockanEtt.se. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy, you can return your products. **Right of Withdrawal – If You Change Your Mind** You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To process a return, the product must be in the same condition as delivered and returned in its original packaging. Always include the receipt, invoice, or order confirmation and specify the reason for the return. Upon an approved return, we will refund the full order amount. If the customer paid via online banking, we will need the account number to process the refund. In all other cases, refunds will automatically be made to the account used for the purchase. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. **Exchanges** As mentioned above, we offer a full 14-day right of withdrawal. Exchanges are also available for warranty cases. **Complaints** Complaints are valid for goods within 30 days of purchase. The warranty does not cover wear and tear. Please email **kontakt@klockanett.se** before returning any items related to a complaint. For approved complaints, we will refund the return shipping cost or the entire order amount, depending on the case. **Invalid Returns** If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact **kontakt@klockanett.se**. Invalid returns will be sent back to the customer after prepayment of shipping costs. **Important – Fee for Unclaimed Packages** If you change your mind before receiving your package, you must still collect it and then return it to us. An administrative fee of 250 SEK will be charged for unclaimed packages.
